405nm here i go again
So my lumia is going to have 4 aperatures. Going to be running 2x 250mW cheap greens, 2x 500mW 445s and 2x 300mW 638s. I see on eBay that there are 600mW 405s. I know how fragile the 405s have been. I think it would be an interesting addition to my lumia especially after seeing Swami's 405 lumia. So, 600mW, attained by driving the diode at around 6v @ about 440mA. Does anyone know if this is a gross overpower and I will only get about 10hours out of the diode? Have these diodes gotten any better with lifespan and the SIDS that they used to suffer from?
