I just got a bunch of new inventory and have listed some 1.1W, 2.7W and 3.0W single emitter laser diodes that are all 808nm and have a microlens that reduces fast axis divergence. The A-mount ones are not a normal Coherent product, but were intended to be installed in fiber coupled F2 or F6 modules. They are all *very* close to 808nm (plus / minus 1nm) at room temperature (i.e. run at full power while attached to a large heat sink).
