    Now I am concerned to wanr the "Pangolin" user about the situation that has been resolved... I sent him a PM but if someone has direct contact to warn you, i thank you. While I don´t buy the FB3 I will play and learn more with the Demo.

    Hi folks,

    Well I am glad that this topic is on its way to being resolved.

    It happens sometimes that people have to wait for certain products. Sometimes we will get hit with a large order that overwhelms our production or stock, and people have to wait a few weeks -- typically not longer.

    In the case of QuickShow and BEYOND systems, we have hundreds in stock now, so nobody should ever have to wait for these.

    But even in those times when we are out of stock, if someone is in dire need, we'll work with a customer to resolve the situation. In some cases, we'll buy a system from a dealer so we can deliver to a customer.

    And in any event, absolutely, Pangolin gives refunds for all of our laser products. We've been doing this for the past 25 years.
