Now you're telling me you didn't even order it directly from Pangolin...

Pangolin are a very reliable and upstanding company and it's nice to see that reputation is still intact. Your problem isn't with Pangolin at all, it's with some third party supplier. Let's just get the facts straight on this one. I suggest you contact your mate and sort it out directly with him
Yes, my friend contacted via that site...

Sounds to me like your friend is the problem, not Pangolin.

Never a truer word spoken Jem.

Pangolin don't refuse refunds in fact they even have a no quibble policy which means they refund your item if you don't like it for a certain period after purchase even though you've used it (I can't remember what the period is off the top, but the promise is there).

I can't reveal what Bill said to me in private during our conversation but I will say from what I was told it definitely isn't Pangolin at fault. I will draw his attention once more to this thread so he can elaborate if he feels it's necessary.

BTW the user "Pangolin" (not Pangolin1) on here is the CEO of the company, that's the level of service they give. You find me another company where the CEO will take time out in person to answer your questions. That's good service and in all our buying experiences on here, that continues through in your buying experience.

    We will buy?

Get your money back and buy direct from Pangolin yourself (possibly from the link you claim to have used originally).
Involving other people will mean that they add their mark up so the product will be more expensive.

It has been demonstrated via this very thread that Pangolin are a reputable company so I really can't see any benefit in buying from a third party.

In fact, if you had bought from them 2 months ago you would already be producing shows !!

We just cross posted. Glad that's resolved.

It sounds as if the other company has been stringing your friend along.

As Soforene says, buy direct from Pangolin, you can avoid all problems that way.
