Default highest power 405nm laser diodes?

Does anyone know what the highest power 405nm laser diodes are these days? I just got some modules that have a pretty powerful 405nm diode in them. Quick testing shows a threshold of around 130mA and 1 watt output (after collimator) at 725mA! They're in a 5.6mm can with 2 isolated leads. I'm guessing they're similar to the Nichia NDV7116 (rated 600mW @ 550mA), but without the photodiode. Unfortunately, I won't get a chance to properly test them until after the weekend since I want to build a TEC cooled test jig before really pushing them hard.

    Ooooooh - nice... I'm imagining a 1W 405 'liguid-sky', with nice, slow fog-marbeling.. .. or, 1W 405 + 1-3W 630... yum!

is there a way to mix 445nm and 405nm? like a dichro? or would the only good option be a pbs cube
