Opnext HL6385DG diodes

Got 10x brand new 150mW 642nm Opnext HL6385DG diodes for sale.

Asking £70 each for the diodes including PP fees and standard shipping.

Or I can supply each diode with one of Daves superb quality square brass mounts (no mounting foot on these ones, but they have 2x M3 tapped holes) and glass AR coated lens that gets about a 2mm x 1.5mm beam and 1mR from these. Asking £100 each including PP fees and standard shipping, and I can pre-assemble if required.

This is the smallest of the mounts and allows for a bit of XY positioning of the diode as shown here but all the diodes are sold now, sorry
