What he said..Yeah.. that was the first question I asked Tom since I have a max 3.5mm beam to deal with.

Well, 3.8mm is more than enough so.
But, have you thought when you will decide to upgrade the power of your lasers and put 4W of 638nm??

I don't intend on putting 4W of 638 on these scanners, probably max 2W with a max 4mm beam. I can live with 0.2mm of spillover. I just don't want to slow these babies down in any way.

Hehe, was just a joke Anyway the free room inside your projector would be the first issue...
This being said, they're still making 60k @6° with the bigger mirrors (instead of 10°), I think I can live with this

To me that looks like a great supply.
    It is compact
    180 watt (way over kill)
Has some nice big caps on the output. Good for transient current spikes, like galvos tend to generate.

An audio amp power supply is ideal to run galvo servo drives.
and best of all, it's cheap!

I have been attempting to e-mail Tom @ Eye Magic for several days and the address comes up as invalid. Before I can participate in the group buy I want to confirm mirror size options. I need some way to confirm this with Eye Magic.
    Thanks

Please PM me your email adress and I'll send you the PDF pricelist... I tried to copy-paste it by PM but it comes out not readable as there are a lot of tabs.
