Undiagnosed APNEA played hell with my memory- Sleep study helped me get on CPAP & meds. I had a very close call falling asleep while driving. Wish you the best Steve.

I have a similar sleep disorder due to my weight (132kg). As a result I get up in the middle of the night and buy stuff online, it is not healthy for my wallet. I have slept on the couch as a result for over 3 years now.

Seriously though, I am having gastric banding soon to get the weight off. This is a last resort for me as exercise and diet simply don't help.

Some say I am fat, I just think I am short for my weight (6'3").

    All the best Steve.
