In case anyone is wondering, the $185 Roithner diode is from a projector, if you download the data sheet it still has solder on the leads and the little red piece of plastic!

They even say so on the pricelist, but they do sell new 445 lower power diodes.

Wow where do they find their clientele. $185 for a 445 diode from a XJ projector. I must be missing the boat selling them for $43.

Makes you wonder what they are making on the other diodes they offer.
