Andy you also need a DVR card to go with it so that the footage can be recorded to your hard drive and it doesn't sound as though it comes with a lens, only the mounting ring.

Another thing to remember also is that with a DVR card the max frame rate is shared amongst ALL the cameras so a 25fps 4 camera card will only give 6fps with 4 cameras and again beware further as sometimes you'll find resolution has an effect on frame rate also so a 25fps car might be a 10fps card at full camera resolution. You need to check the specs very carefully.

BTW there's a link to a site selling the cameras in the Youtube video.

just checked with the seller and you do not need a dvr card. it comes with the necessary software for recording.

It's an IP based networked camera, just plug it into your network and web browse to it

The software will connect to the camera and grab the video stream and record direct to hard drive with no digitisation required (and no frame rate limitations) you should be able to use other software to record it (have a look at Milestone (http://www.milestonesys.com/) IP Surveillance software, it excellent and they used to give away a single camera enterprise license for nothing, just checked and they seem to have a free 8 camera product available)

Looks like you just need to factor in a high quality enclosure with heater and a lens.

    (Re)-Install DirectX9c.

You can check what's installed at present: Start -> Run -> dxdiag
    - There is no such word as "can't" -
    - 60% of the time it works every time -

    Don't use CPU-Z for this
please hold your windows key and press R
then a run screen pops up and type:
    dxdiag
Now click the 2nd tab and make me a screenshot.

Then I can see if you are able to fix this.

also update your directx here: http://www.google.nl/url?sa=f&rct=j&...NLTMpIgQ4_tf9A

also if this still doesn't work then your last resort would be the free program 3d_analyze so you can emulate specific gpu actions.: http://www.3dfxzone.it/dir/tools/3d_analyze/download/
(I will tell u what to toggle here to emulate it)
