To allow access in the USA here are a couple of easy non-youtube suggestions:
1. Place it for download as a standard Mpeg video on your own website/page (they are usually free with your Broadband account) and put website link here
2. It may be possible to upload the whole video and sound for download at http://www.pangolinshows.com - without loading the show for sharing
On the other hand if you are willing to share it with other Pangolin users then upload the show and video to http://www.pangolinshows.com/
3. It's not so common knowledge but there is an FTP location on photolexicon you could try to gain access to and upload
