    Default Garden Fireworks/Lasers/Flame Effects display

    Hi Guys,

Just thought I'd share a link to a video of the last few weekends garden show that I did for friends and family. It's 27:40 long, and I completely ran out of time while designing the show, so there's absolutely loads that I could have done better....and lots I'm not happy with.... many an hour lost whilst working out why the ignition of the flame effects was causing the ENTEC DMX interface to freeze.... You'll have to excuse the lack of smoke at some parts, 1 smoke machine and 2 hazers and still the tiny amount of wind blew it away... plus apologies for the bods who keep running across the screen lighting the fireworks... It was taken on a Nokia N8, but hasn't come out too bad... I re-dubbed the music back on top of the video allowing only a small amount of the original sound track so you can at least hear some of the fireworks...
Anyhow, feedback (positive and negative) is most welcome....

    Nice!
Very pretty show and great mix of music.

What kit you use to do this? Were they your own build lasers? What you controll it all with? :-)
If in doubt... Give it a clout?

Thanks for the comments guys :-)
The kit is all from Gary at laserknowhow. 1 x analogue 3.5W RGB (2000mW Red 650nm 500mW Green 532nm 1000mW Blue 445nm) DT40 scanners & 2 x analogue 1W RGB (400mw Red 650nm, 100mw Green 532nm, 500mw Blue 445nm) - althought the green and red could do with being upped a bit on these, although I did request the 500mW blue on these....). I ran out of time with building my own one unfortunately...
    They're all controlled by Pangolin Quickshow & 3 x FB3's.
The flame effects are from CDS (chinesedepartmentstore.com) http://www.chinesedepartmentstore.co...oducts_id/2231
and are controlled by an ENTEC USB to DMX interface, but these were a real pain to get working as the ignition was interfering with the grounding and making the ENTEC box freeze.... A DMX Isolator, and modifying the mains connections sorted this out.... this was also controlled by Quickshow.
I've added a track list to the video description now too

BTW, if anyone knows how I can make this available to the USA members, I'm happy to add it there....

    Cheers,
    Nik
