Default Mobolaser and the Behringer Eurolight LC2412

Aaaarrggghhhh...... Wish I had a better handle on how this controller works but, the instructions are seriously kind of Greek to me. So... the scenario:

I have an ML-10 1000 with the stock 1 watt Argon and have it connected to a Behringer Eurolight LC2412 via the 5 pin DMX cable. The DIP switches on the ML-10 are all in the down or, what I believe to be DMX Channel 000. From page 20 of the Eurolight manual, "Assigning DMX Channels" I have thus far:

    1) Pressed the Utility 2 key
    2) Selected "DMX Patch" using the "Soft A" key - It's set to Console Channel 01 which is (supposedly) DMX channel 000
    3) I press the "Flash" keys 1 through 10 and can hear the actuator arms moving inside the Mobolazer

But, no light is coming out of the turrets. (Yes, the laser is on and running at about 50% power.)

Not sure what I'm missing. I guess there is a main shutter somewhere that has to be moved into an open position but, I'm not sure how to do that with this controller. The Chauvet DMX controller I have is a lot easier to understand but, I don't have the 3 pin to 5 pin DMX adapters to be able to try and use it so, I have to sufffer through the learning curve of the Eurolight. I KNOW a Eurolight will control the ML-10 as that's what flecom uses for his.

    Anyone familiar with this controller?

Channel 16 also needs to be 'latched' = Shutter on the ML-10... iirc, 11-15 are the dichro-selectors / other options...

    Lemme know if dat werx...

16 is the shutter, I usually assign that to one of the two assignable buttons on the eurolight...

the dichro selectors I think are 11-13... 14 and 15 are unused (but usually populated/available on the pcb! so you can use them for other stuff)

I won't have a chance to attempt anything with it until probably tomorrow. I'm still studying the manual for the 2412 and trying to figure it out.

    Thanks!

FINALLY!!!! I have seen the "light"! Thanks Jon! (and Frank.)

Patience Aaron. Don't bust 'em yet! I only had about 10 minutes to try and get it working one more time this morning and finally got the Eurolight talking to the Mobo.

Now, I need to make about a 50-75 foot 220v extention cord this weekend and I'll be able to move it into the ballroom, (my only 220 outlet is in a service hallway) haze it up and take pics.
