When I set all my target zones, 1-29 all have the same range but zone 30 (Targeted beams) has a zone about 33% larger. Is there anyway to get all my target zones larger like zone 30, or am I at the limitation of my current scanners?

Yes, go to the advanced settings for the zone and tell it to not be limited to the master projector size
