Default My Laser Display projector, PART 2

Ok here is a update on my RGB scanner 8)

    History:
It did all begin with LPT, popelscan and a modded leadlight doing 60-80mW and 8kpps galvos!

Part 1 of my project was DT-40 galvos and only a 240mW green dpss..
So as promised, here is the part 2 and finally part 3 (when I mount the green)

    Today I have:

    *Blue DPSS 200mW analog blanking
*Green DPSS 180mW analog blanking (in mail)
    *RED DPSS 400mW analog blanking

    RGB total white almost 700mW

    *DT-40 PRO Galvos 40-55kpps
*Lumia wheel with 1rpm effects

And I have a custom made alubox where all the parts will be inside.
When it`s finnished, it will be covered with a custom made flight-case

    Software:
    Mamba black with USB EASYLASE

    pictures:

Here is some parts ready to be used

Alot of testing and failing how to mount the dichros...

    Blue laser mounted on a heat-sink !

This is my little helper ready to tell me how I can mount the stuff..

Blue laser, mirror mounts, and red lasers mounted on TOP of the box!

This is the first section on the box, where ALL power and drivers are mounted.

My little helper is checking out that the ground floor is OK to mount the power supplys...

Power supply is mounted with black umbracho skrews.. only the best is approved!!

The EASYLASE USB DAC mounted on the ground.

The DT-40 pro galvos is mounted on 3 adjustable rock solid screws!

Finally, after some days with drilling, cutting and mounting...
It`s almost complete and ready to test (no green yet mounted)

First test, and it`s all working like a dreeeeam
PERFECT alligment with the red and blue..

Colour test working fine (no green)

More images, i just love the colour

If you yet dont love the output of a laser scanner after this images, you are free to leave...

    Ooooohh.....

Blue is coming behind into the red, and they going out as purple 8)

    I like Mamba Black
It`s really nice and easy to use !
But it`s not so many effects to make ..

But if you are creative you can have alot of fun with it
