Laser man show

Hello,
I am interested in buying/paying someone to do a show, like the one laserman from youtube performs. Here is the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jRNXXtaS0IU
The show must be created so it can be played by Ishow ( I know its not the best one, but for right now it's all i can afford) .
Any advice would be appreciated.

if you only have ishow you wont be able to handle paying for the hardware requirements to do such a show. Also do you realize custom show programming runs $100~$200 a minute?

Will you be paying for al the hardware too?
Cus the cost of Ishow will pale into insignificance by the time you've factored in the lasers/hardware/hazers/performers fees etc.

Also .... i quite sure that LASERMAN ... has his show Copyrighted ..... and is very protective about imitators.... so expect legal corispondance if performing a similar show publicaly ...

To be honest .... i when i watch his show ( especialy the new disney one ) it has the drop-jaw "WOW" factor .... and the hard work that putting something like this together has my greatest respect .....

Maybe Email Laserman directly and ask him about doing a show like this ..... I did see a chinese company recently offering the complete laserman rig with all the hardware ( stage unit and handhelds with the preprogramed software of the show... now i dont know if this is licenced by laserman ..... but they did also have his videos showing the kit ...
Maybe someone has a link .... unfortunately im in india at the moment and google is not working too good for me at the moment

Unless you want to copy the EXACT same show, I doubt Laserman can claim copyright on parts of his show *concepts*. After all, it's a theatrical show, and theater concepts are impossible to patent (like, for example, chord progressions in music).

Otherwise, someone like Jean-Michel Jarre would have been there first with his laser harp in 1980 anyway!

how are they getting away with all the beams in the crowd if its Disney im sure all the calculations and paper work is on file but it looks kinda bright and close especially when he goes in the crowed
