Heat sink 250mm W x40mm H x 480mm long

Hey guys,

Does anyone know where I can buy this heat sink cut to length?

I have inquired with these guys and they seen like good people to deal with. I haven't had replys to my last two emails. Maybe too busy or on early Christmas holidays.

I'd like to get it ASAP as I have an RGBlasersystems RGB6 module arriving in a week or so. It's going to kill me having it sit there waiting for the heat sink and fans to arrive.

There are lots of places to buy pre cut lengths of up to 300mm but haven't found many who can supply one off cut length larger.

Any ideas?

Not sure why Birmingham Aluminium haven't got back to you as they are usually pretty responsive. I've dealt with them on a few occasions and they have always been ok to deal with. Might be worth dropping them another email.

I wasn't home to receive it yesterday. I had a hard time sucking it up and resigning myself to waiting another day grrrr.

Spending some time with my better half ATM. I'll try and sneak into the cave when I get home and take a few pics

I would have a hard time spending that much on a module, if my wife found out she would kill me!

As much as it kills me I'm going to wait till the heat sink arrives.

Yeah it was a lot but I figure I'm happy to save up and spend it on something with creative possibilities like this.
People spend way more than this on a new car for no reason better than they are bored with their old one.

I dreamed of this stuff as a teenager and now it's happening!
