...Here's a nice 'beamshot'

fer ya, meantime:
Attachment 29552 (..albeit, that's the C-8, of course...) You can do cool stuff like this with it:

..this was
over a
730' throw (!) and the only reason it 'looks blurry' is cause I had to zoom-in to fill the frame, due to the distance, and only brought a crappy little Sony digi-cam....plus, it was just a
tad bit windy up on the roof, there...
..Output, even at that distance, was
razor-sharp -
and - we were only using Blue and a touch of Green -
zero Red, cause the Client wanted only cyan-ish for their logo... ..Point is, this wasn't even
near 'full-power', so, I suspect you will be very-happy with your investment, and 'good-call' on going for the 6, vs maybe 'over-stretching' for an 8...
PS - Kit, here's a good link for more tech-info about the V-cav's, in general / some cool other-apps...
http://princetonoptronics.com/techno...chnology.php#2 ...amazing... 230W, CW, off a chip that could swim on a postage-stamp! ..And I'd sure like to see 6W of 480nm Blue...
..Anyhoo, sorry for the Jon-mayhem in yer thread.. Back to the RGB6-channel!
