Some of this looks very similar to what the other laser companies in Australia use for ther boxes.. We had to be different, so we dont use this stuff

The box section in this link would be pretty good i think:

This would allow sides to be attached quite easily via rivits, or screws..

I just ordered a bunch of the stuff. I have many other uses for it so I'll see how it goes.

If you can, get them to cut the stuff to length. Much more accurate than by using a hacksaw yourself
