    Default help me out please

can any one help please, just got an eu pro laser 100 mw to match th one i already have off flea bay and its not bright enough. the problem I have now is that the laser is no were near as bright as my other one, yet in the pics he sent me it was a lot brighter.
i have checked the diode and it has dropped down about 35% behind the diode casing.
on my other laser it is bang in the middle.
would this cause the laser to lose brightness????
    thanks for your time
    regards djmarzo.

Please use your original post at http://www.photonlexicon.com/forums/...21-help-please

There is no need to start a duplicate thread (especially one in the wrong forum section).
