Default Suggest a 785 nm diode laser for Raman

I was looking for a 785 nm Laser for a raman and optical trapping application. something with 70 mW power, near TEM00 mode and pref single frequency(although I am not sure they exist in this config/wavelength or if they might be affordable).

I was using a DL7140 from Sanyo but it doesnt perform well. Would you have any suggestions diodes might be better based on your experience?
Also my controller is a SDL800 and I use a LDM21 mount from Thorlabs which is for TO can diode lasers.

Any inputs and suggestions will be much appreciated.

Just about any 785 nm laser and a littrow grating in Litman-Metcalf formation would work. I'll need to think about it because 780 nm diodes are pretty much obsolete in CD rom service.
Can you live with 808 oir 820 nm?

I'm a Former Raman guy, only we used 752 from a Krypton ion laser, as well as other wavelengths. If 3 Phase power is not a problem, I have a friend with several new and used RamanIon systems that do 647,752, and 676 nm, selectable.
