    Default Pangolin Quick Timeline?????

Hi this might be a really stupid question but I am having trouble getting the Audio Wave Form to show up in quick timeline, I can import a track but the box where the waveform should be is just blue, the track does play though. Is there any settings or anything I am doing wrong??

    Cheers

    Sam

what type of file are you using? mp3 files work most of the time and .wav files have always worked for me

It can visually disappear between restarts of QS, usually in the older builds although its still there.

If you can't see the peaks, right click over the music area and select "Update Peaks". This should restore the peaks visually.

If the music is missing or non functional, re-import it by going to Menu (in the Quicktimeline window) then "Set Audio File".

As Shaun said, its best to use Wav's not Mp3's as all laser programmes appear to have problems with time slipping on MP3 files.
