Default Red laser defective and needs replacment

Purchased a RGBV laser from laserknowhow last year, after less than 50 hours the 300mw red is about 1/10 as bright. I was just wondering if any one here has had problems with this seller (who has not responded for warranty service) and if anyone can help me with the technicals to replace the red beam. I can post pix and specs when or if needed.

I've dealt with Gary in the past and I haven't had any trouble.

If you haven't managed to get this sorted their phone number is 0161 773 1207. Probably will be Gershy who answers. Not had any problems with NRG / laserknowhow - any issues have been resolved promptly.

    Mark.
