Insurance suggestions

Since I am working my way through the steps of ending up a legal, professional, show company, for those of you that have it, who do you recommend for insurance and what type of coverages do you have? For me, this is more of a permanent install so, unlike a mobile ShoCo I don't know that I have quite as many things to be concerned about but, the two things I'm curious about most are liability and, God forbid, anything ever happens to the building - fire, earthquake, flood, whatever. I think there are limited companies out there that write this sort of thing. Any suggestions? Tips, pointers?
