I have just spoken also with Paypal, they need everyone involved to get in contact, the more people that let them know about the issue then they have more chance of chasing this guy for the outstanding money or goods.

Even if you have lost a small amount, and over 45 days they will look into it. Don't let this guy get away with it.

wouldnt be suprised if that amount of people would need to be >100 for paypal to come in action.....

I called paypal about a month ago about this and they said that they removed kiyoukans paypal account because of the large number of complaints, when I asked about our reimbursement they NOW say they will not help us, that it is not within the policy..

I had TWO different people confirm this with me before that they would help if they got enough complaints, said they would go after him themselves!

Thats not helpful, they told me pretty much the same, quick enough to take your cash but no support when it all goes wrong.

I now have a new friend on Facebook, Kiyoukan Zichoa, not that he has responded to any of my messages, he also has a friend called Aaron Brown, sound familiarly?

I am both happy and sad, even though there was not that much response in this thread and the LPF one, people DID call and complain. When Paypal told me/us/others how they would back us up in this loss I delayed from making a local police report, I was told they would go after Aaron themselves (paypal).. Now it looks like my only next step is to file that police report.

I am not exactly thrilled with having to goto them for "help"
On that topic what could happen that I may end up wishing that I never had even went to them?

I think we should barrage paypal with confrontation over what we were told! Ideas anyone?

also, it is not only B-Queen that is out a large chunk of money, I had another guy who messaged me that kiyo did the same thing to him, he had sent kiyo half (~$350?) the money up front in advance for a completed module (Did I already say that here?).
Also at LPF two other guys had messaged me that they were ripped off on a 445nm pointer that they never received.. (one guy out around $180, the other guy around $240) These two guys still have not bumped the thread going on him over there..

If only these people had been more vocal way back then... *sigh*

What is it???!!! people feel better about their own loss once they see that others get screwed in a similar fashion afterwards???

he is on skype alot the last days, but completly ignoring me.

probaly thinks the fuss is a bit over now i can return at least on skype. on PL and LPF i think he will make a new account.
and he's probaly correct...because paypal doesnt give a rats ass about us. if someone scams he should scam about 99 people but probaly not 100 if thats the limit paypal wants(just a example)
and well what other things can we do? i called the police but they said they cant do anything.
its quite simple. if you need a good job to make a lot of money you say you can deliver some good stuff people dream about after 50 days, scam about 80 people outside your own country with it and then live in luxury. thats the feeling i have how simple it is these days with all these modern stuff the law and cops ect can use nowadays.
paypal doesnt give a damn and cops cant help you either. youre screwed and it seems there is nothing we can do.
