No green and red colors in livepro

My laser work fine with quickshow on the fb3, but when i use livepro on the fb3, i can't make any green or red colors.

Rather strange Quickshow everything works great! But when I try to setup Livepro its a no go with getting the correct colors....

Any Ideas what I am doing wrong?

I just purchased livepro a couple of months ago and never got around to playing with it until now.

There was an issue with the 7.25(?) firmware and how it initialised in LivePro many months ago. There are several threads detailing in full from other users. This issue was a massive annoyance to one of our clients (and gave me a headache!).
I think around build 2018(?) it was finally fixed, so to cut it short: update your LivePro to the latest 2021(?) build or newer.

I have installed the latest firmware for the fb3 and the latest version of livepro....still a color issue no red or green....BUT Quickshow runs Great no issues at all!

The fb3 is firmware 7.25 and the live pro is software version 5.01 Build 2007

I uninstalled everything then.... re-installed everything and started from scratch just to make sure.... and still the same quickshow operates great! Live pro....the issue remains can't correct the color issue.. no green or red.

I also Downloaded everything from Pangolin's website today...so I assume what I downloaded are the latest they have?

Like I said the colour issues were fixed around build 2014-2018 I think.

It was a problem with the way LP initialized the SE/XE boards, fixed in 2015.
FB3-QS DACs were not affected.

Thank you that version is working like it should.....I am a little confused....seeing I downloaded right from the pangolin site.... I was getting an old version? 5.01 Build 2007?

Is the version you gave me older or newer?

I am assuming it's a newer version....if so why would Pangolin's site have old version's of their software up and no listing for the new version's.

Just curious.

Your guess is as good as ours.
I guess they assume people have access to, and will check the test download site for new versions.
If you have any of the old apps like Draw3d, etc this issue was never fixed afaik. They've since been removed from the download site anyway.
