How to convert ilda file to binary file?

Still not sure of your intent. Do you want to convert an ILDA file into raw XYRGB values in some firmware? Or do you want to convert it to a raw binary format before even passing to some firmware? Either way, the ILDA file format is well documented, for the most part. It IS a binary format with very little overheard. If you have specific questions I'll be happy to try to answer them.

Now,I have trouble in converting ILDA file into the file format I need just a raw 8-bit X-Y-Status values in SD card ,but 2D ILDA file contains a header file "ILDA showtime……" and 16-bit X-Y-status sequence.I want to convert an ILDA file into 8-bit X-Y-status values ,and the header file is not included.

If it contains the header "Showtime" you might have some Pangolincopyrighted art, there. One should check the rights before distributing.
