    Not to mention MONEY! :lol: Though I agree that it's a damn fine way to set up a show. And the results looked stunning, judging by the pictures.

    You have to wonder though - with all the money they have invested in lasers, not to mention other intelligent lighting fixtures and the sound system itself, how in the hell are they making any money on these raves? What, are they charging $60 per person to get in the door? (You'd think they would almost have to, just to clear any profit...)

    Prices like that, and even way more are common place in this country(Australia) and at the bigger events, the production isnt anything like that sort of production....

    yeah.

    It is disappointing to pay +$70 dollars for a ticket and the production is half assed. It is a regular occurance here, to see one full colour laser, a couple of greenies, a handful of moving heads hung wherever *convenient*, and none of it choreographed or planned out to work together....

    I do suppose though that because we are so far away from anywhere interesting in the world, it costs a lot more to get a decent international line up of artists down here, hence the production suffers.

    Plus everyone of course is in it purely to make a quick buck... although thats been harder and harder..
