Been playing around with the different skins for Phpbb, eh? Sure looks different!

Is this a permanent change?

Sorry to say so: I am shocked!

While it looks great (really cool!), there seems (to me) a terrible flaw in the software design, at least IE and some derivatives (Avant Browser) behave strange: Shift-Clicking on a topic (i.e. "Last Posts") opens as supposed a new window with the topic BUT (terrible!) opens the same post in the base window as well. That, however, should stay the way it is...

Btw. tabbed browsers like Firefox or Opera behave the same way using shift-Clicks; however better with "Middle-Mousebutton"-Clicks.

I used to get the "last posts" list after login and "Middel-Mousebutton-Clicked" in Avant on all the interesting topics, opening them into new tabs in the background. No more :-(

Seems a java script is running havoc...?

Maybe there's a fix around to get the old usability for me?

[EDIT] Found workaround (seems I am the only one concerned by the problem, anyway): put the URL into internet settings "restricted sites", so nothing's allowed, no scripts etc. - script free works :-)

But after some hours with this new design I start to like it more and more
