The only question I have is whether the surface under the D3 andD4 measurements is at a right angle to the coated, reflecting surface and so the only interference that we will be seeing is from the small 10 to 20 um radius?

Well then, I agree these are impressive and I will be using them exclusively. I also agree about 5mm being a little tight and will make set up a little more tedious even if I move from the O-like to the Rochester lens. But, I think they will be worth it.
The 5mm prisms are very usable for aspheric lenses. Sure, there will be some alignement work but you should think about the mirror mounts and how tiny these parts can be built and how much space you will save compared to 7mm or 10mm mirrors/prisms. For O-LikeŽs 7mm prisms are the better choice, because of the larger beam and you will still save space inside the module for pbs, waveplates....

Alex,
Do you stock, or do you plan to stock, any 7x7mm+ coated for 445nm?
Many thanks,
Dan

If we have the ability to order the 7mm for 445nm, do we still have to reach a 100 piece minimum to order the 635nm coated version (7mm also desirable for these also)?
I would be up for ordering x20 7x7mm 445nm ones. No rush if you need to order a larger amount.

Ditto on 10 more 7mm x7mm
