    Default LD2000 drawing issue

This is going to be really hard to explain, but I'm having an issue that I believe is within LD2000 and not the projector.

Happening completely at random, the image (or frame) that I'm drawing scrambles somewhat in different areas. It's almost as if the points are jumping around away from the image hence pulling the lines...possibly to blanked points. It's happens very fast and flashes throughout various points of the drawing. At first I thought this was an issue with my projector; however it never does it in Quickshow.

Does this ailment sound familiar to anyone? Is there a solution?

    Thanks!

    KEEP it COHERENT!
    Peace.

Do you notice if it is mainly while using the abstract generator? On some computers the abstract gen preview window seem to use enough drawing resources to cause hesitations to other processes. Try to disable the preview window and see if that helps. I have this problem on my PC because it has an integrated video card...

Sorry if i didn't make it clear...the problem shows on the projected image only. Tha'ts why I at first thought it was an issue with my projector. I did notice that it seems to happen only on one side of the image. Thanks though.

Can you make a video of the problem for me to look at? Does it happen on specific frames?

Also, do you have an o-scope by chance?

That's very annoying, seen it many times too. I think its usually called a bug. You should not need to close the preview window to stop the laser and scanners jumping around like crazy. That click you hear can't be healthy for the scanners either.

The preview screen can in fact affect the playback performance. turn off the enhanced reality and see if it helps, also decrease the size of the preview window a bit.
If your still having problems, save ur frames and try a reinstall.
Then try it before updating to see if the problem is still there, if not then update, if its still there then something else is going on and a background task might interfere with the performance of ld2000 (or your computer specifications itself aren't too good)

Also try setting the process of ld2000 on high

suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.

Its a rare occurence actually. but some manufactured network cards have decreased performance on windows 7.
This is NOT windows fault but in fact the manufacturers fault. (mainly realtek is known for these things).
The drivers aren't completely windows 7 compatible.
You would normally not notice this but the QM2000 relies on latency for the preview screen too, as far as i've noticed
