do you have the power supply connected to the DAC - it needs its own power source, you should have a red and green light lit from memory

Yes, it has power and windows sees the usb device, it's just the driver does not seem to match the hardware.

Does anyone know if there are multiple versions of this hardware?

go to the hardware device list, if i remember correctly right click on my computer, properties, device manager and double click on the ishow line item.
Then update the driver manually from this window, search through the tabs, and point it to the location of your driver on the cd.
    This should work.

I can not get iShow or Spaghetti to output on either my 32bit (XP) or 64bit (vista) machines with the drivers on the provided CD. The demo program of Shaghetti works, (so does the iShow I paid for), but no output on either of my TTL-RGB (~500mW) projectors through the provided DAC.
Even with the driver linked to in this thread: link, I can't get the DAC's light to do anything but "steady red", and it won't "detect device" in iShow.
Any help would be really cool.

sry to hear that you are still not lasing-- I had a small issue with the first driver I dwnlded for QS. The main part was deleting the wrong driver that was found for me on-line. I was able to replace with the driver on disc. no worries..
hope you are having a nice easter...len
