I also reckon Kvant might sell you a case.
Martin at Synchrovision used to do them for around £400 from memory albeit they were bare. However, the cost of fans, switches etc is not that high.
I think the case he used to sell was fairly compact although Kvant do make some large cases for their high powered lasers, so might be worth an ask as they are top quality and there's probably something in a size to suit.
