You can also google for it.
Try searches like laser AND download, free AND laser AND software, if you know what the software is called try that too, popelscan AND download.
Now that I've taught grandma to suck eggs I'll shut up

    Popelscan? Somebody said Popelscan?

I'm not using it anymore, but you can download a couple of free Popelscan shows from here:

LFI player is a very good free bit of OPEN SOURCE software,

I would pick LFI player over all of the above

There are other solutions out there as well. James Lehman is still working on his Linux-based Laserboy software, which is free. (It uses a sound card as a DAC, which is a pretty cool solution - especially since the card he recommends only costs $15!) Of course, you need to be comfortable using linux...

Then too, if you can find an old Amiga 500 for sale on E-bay (would probably cost less than $50), you can install Pangolin's Laser Show Designer 1000 software. (It's a FREE download from Pangolin's website.) You still need to modify the Amiga's sound output by soldering a few parts in place, but it's an easy fix. Only problem with this solution is that you will not be able to blank the laser... (The Amiga only has 2-channel sound output, so there's no way to add a blanking signal.)
