Default Lasers @ The Warehouse Project: Eric Prydz

I know we don't usually post photos for many gigs, but just a couple of photos from a job we did this Easter bank holiday for Eric Prydz.
We have another similar night on tomorrow, but I thought I would share some "half time" shots.

    Kit used:
    1x 25W RRGBCY OPS
    2x 17W RGBY OPS
    2x 4W G
A dozen or so mirrors + gratings; zero crowd scanning.

Absolutely 100% enjoyed every second of it; not had this much fun on a job in a while.

    Hey Dan! Total sickness!

Wow that looked like a great party. Diggin the tunes too.

I like how the "more is more" approach was applied to the laser powers not the number of projectors.

I find a lot of shows where there are a lot of projectors, they sometimes lose their impact and just look like moving lights.

To me the the way this was set up and programmed, it really let you eyes appreciate the razor sharpness that only lasers can deliver instead of being a cluttered mess for the senses to process.

It would seem almost impossible to show restraint with such heavy hitting hardware but that's what I see here and it's made for a high impact show!

Very inspiring to see how good overhead only shows can be.

Me diggs Briggs keep em coming!

    Cheers
    Kit

    @Both: Thanks.

@Kit: I know what you mean; I try to go for simplicity.

The lasers were only used at key bits in the set; some of the more mental bits + bounce mirror action wasn't caught on video I think.
Will pog a bit more on camera on the 2nd night.

    Hey Dan...

    Now this IS nice.

Can't wait to see the next leg of the gig! Wish I was on that rather than tonight's boring Samsung Corporate dinner...
If in doubt... Give it a clout?

Your yellows don't appear to be adversely affected by all that blue. How can this be...?

You are using Bonetti's defense against me, ah?

I thought it fitting, considering the rocky terrain.

    Hi Dan (and Andy )

Those lasers look brilliant, great work

Have you done the lasers yet for that other boy band?
