Someone sent me some frames and I found an unusual crash condition. So I fixed it!

My hip surgery went unbelievably well!

I've been waiting and anticipating this for about 9 freaking months. And now it is finally behind me.

I cannot believe how different this time was. I had them both originally done in 93 and 94 and then both revised in 2001. All four of those surgeries were vary traumatic and took a long time to recover from. So I had a lot of anxiety about this one.

I got out of the hospital and was home about 48 hours after the surgery!

    I feel great!

Oxy has a lot to do with that, for sure! AWESOME STUFF!

So now I am looking forward to having the other one done and being in good condition with a nice pair of hips that won't dislocate.

I really want to thank Dr. Victor Krebs of The Cleveland Clinic. He really is the best in the world! He's also a very nice person.

    Hey James,

Glad to hear you did good with your surgery.. How are you handling the pain and walking on the new hip?

I'm not supposed to be putting any weight on the new hip. So I'm using crutches. But it really feels amazingly well, all things considered. The pain has subsided a lot since I awoke in recovery. I'm taking Oxycodone and Oxycontin and I'm finding I can go for longer and longer between doses without noticing too much discomfort.

The best thing about all of this is that it is finally something that I am no longer waiting for. It's DONE!

BTW. What exactly is this supposed to be?

I looks like a kitten just ran off with a stolen strawberry Pop Tart from a gay pride picnic!

Oh. OK. So it is a kitten who just ran off with a stolen strawberry Pop Tart from a gay pride picnic!

Catchy tune. It even has some blues notes in there to make it kind-of jazzy. A key change in there somewhere might have kicked it up a bit.
