I have had people not hire me specifically because I refuse to audience scan and they found "someone else" who will... usually a DJ with some winky blinky pos chinese shit on a light tree

This is pretty much why I don't do commercial shows. I don't want to have to compete with all the a**holes that audience scan and also, to run straight edge, you need a lot of time and patience for the proper varience. I truly admire all you guys that play by the rules. Fight the good fight!
