Help! Record live video stream?
Hey Guys and gals-
i am doing an in studio laser show for an act over here in new york. The show will be broadcast live on the music channels channel and Youtube. However (for whatever copyright issues) it will not be rebroadcast for at least a few weeks. I want to record the performance today from the web (standard youtube live broadcast channel)
Any suggestions as to the software to use to record at full quality? (it is being broadcast HD).
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Marc, maybe have a look at manycam, I think it gives you the option to capture a part of your screen and record it. If it doesn't let you record directly, you can use any regular webcam software, set manycam as your input device, bingo.

Or try iLivid downloader for capturing YouTube stuff to your hard drive.
