    What are these narmally used for? Exit signs(US)?

    We use them to illuminate stuff on military instruments.

    and they use it in watches

    Can you tell us a little how these are made? Why does it coat the inside of the glass so uni-form?

    The glass tubes have a psospher coating
    Tritium emits an electron when it decays - exciting the phospher. Coating glass with phospher is something that has been done a lot.

    Can you clarify this, please? In most states in the US there are no laws restricting sale of lasers - only their exhibition. Is it *legal* to sell these, or are you saying that it's not legal but "nobody will notice"?
