the fact that the laser is not doing its full power means its misrepresented... take it up with ebay or paypal

they are very nice, the owner is a lady named Candy i've bought like 30 lasers from her, out of my order 4 was messed up on arrival (1 out of 4 DOA)
she replaced them all

in regards to the super, i never knew it was 10kbps but i asked her how come the test pattern sucks, she said because it is 10kbps galvos, not ment to use with software, but if you want option to upgrade to 30kbps available for 300 dollar more. (i didnt take that option as im going for DT40pro's soon)

anyways, in regarsd to the diode, i fedexed itback today, and she sent me out a new diode allready 170mW+
