Ok, so we had these 3 little pricks roll up on Saturday around 3pm on dirt bikes, look what they did!!!!

Cops have been looking for these little pricks for months. They say they are between 12 and 14. It's very hard to chase dirt bikes, and these guys wear helmets and have no license plates.

12 cops chased them last weekend and lost them. In just a few weeks these little pricks have totally f*cked the nice parks and gardens in our estate... They give security the finger and even kicked in the headlights of one patrol car...

I was told I am not permitted to place spikes or any such traps "if my intention is to trap them". Ok, so my intentions are purely ornamental and decorative...

to be honest, I find that it is better to ask for forgivness than permission. Rest assured, they will be caught. It just might take some time

Unless your cops call in a Helicopter..

Follow the money... Ask local gas stations which teens buy excessive gas in portable containers..

Talk to your local school prinicpals.

Mantraps wont help, as much as you would like to spike or string piano wire...

We have had adult "stunt riders" on our highway in this town. A group of about 30. Have been clocked in excess of 100 mph on our highways. They would ride up and try to pop the latches on your minivan rear doors. Ride in formation, dodge and weeve.

Then they tried to go professional, and got caught.

It took concerted community action to catch them and make them feel unwelcome. Cops would just watch them blaze by. But things like pressuring their landlord to "unrent" their building worked miracles. State police even brought in aircraft, so they switched to nights....

Some one knows whom they are, and they then do stupid things like Facebook pages.

Rocks work good for protecting the gardens and are quite scenic.

Helicopters help, so do cameras. But this one needs Humint...

Some one, some where, will identify them. Then you walk up to the parents house with a bill for services, plus treble damages, and you demand that "johhny" or "janey" (never rule out girls) comes and fixes your lawn, washes your car etc..
Putting them in the court system usually just results in them learning new lessons in destruction.
