    Joost-

I dont know you from a hole in the wall nor am i "coming down on you" or attacking you, But the reason people are getting fed up with you are for a few reasons...

    1) You misrepresent the products you sell. The first time you had people get upset with you a couple months back, it was made pretty clear. You *CAN NOT* pull the "Laserworld" theory of power rating a projector and expect people (especially well informed people here) to take you and/or your products seriously. In all honesty, The products you make seem to be very good. They seem to be made very professionally and with care. HOWEVER- I dont think you'll see too many people jumping to buy your products. you come across as untrustworthy and unprofessional. I dont know if this is a cultural difference or if it is blatant.

    2) you are a Laser company. Period. you make money off of members from this forum. There is NO REASON what so ever why you can not contribute money to this forum. I do it, many other people (including members who DO NOT make ANY money from members here do it). Why can't you? you should EASILY be able to pay at least $50-$100 per month to support this community.

    3) Rate your powers PROPERLY. Enough of this BS of 2.3 Watts maximum, 1.5 watts white, 2.0 watts if the sun and moon are aligned. 1.0 watts if its a tuesday. You are a PROFESSIONAL Laser company, you should have integrity. If you advertise a 5W projector with all of these other "possible" power outputs than you need to figure out what the MINIMUM power output is and then sell your system AS THAT!!! If a Laser system has the "capability" of outputting 5W but you only used modules that are rated for 3W or 4W then you DONT SELL THE SYSTEM AS A 5W!!!!! You sell it as a 3 or maximum 4W. you should not msilead your customers into thinking they are buying a 5W system when in reality, chances are the system will NEVER remotely come close to 5W.

Take this for what its worth. I am sure youre a good guy and a good company, perhaps it may be time to start listening to outsiders and how they view you and your practices.

@Marc, I admire your politeness and your generosity of spirit towards Joost, but he has shown on many occasions now to be an arrogant, inconsiderate, opportunistic and dishonest person. I'm not sure how much longer I can hold back on what I really want to say to this c@#t!

    Service
The projector is shipped from China immediately to the customer, mind you must pay for import usually 50 till max 200euro's. The service is from Lierderholthuis, the warranty is from China. When the projector is defect, the client must pay for shipping to China, or only the defect parts. Price below is ex tax (19% for dutch clients and ex shipping cost) Price incl. Powercon cable, Manual, Flightcase.
    Excuse me ?
I'm pretty sure this service-agreement is in direct conflict with dutch consumer-laws.
And even for business to business, these terms are a recipe for sub-optimal-client-satisfaction.

What does this 'service' consists of that you offer ?
And exactly what are the warranty term and conditions of your Chinese companion ?

    "When the projector is defect...."
Not "if the projector is defect ...."

    That sounds a bit ominous.
