    RGB/V not in this way
We will use a 405nm laser diode from XboX HD-DVD player, and as you know is more violet than blue, but in collaboration with a little more amount of 532nm green laser light, it makes a something like blue

If you can get a 445nm diode, that is a much better way to go. It's actually safer. 405nm is much harder to see so it looks much dimmer at the same output power as 445nm. Plus 405nm is very near UV and does more damage to human tissue. It works as a kind of blue in trichromatic color blending, but 445nm is WAY better.

All software has a learning curve usually proportional to its capabilities and unique features. Pointing with a mouse is in no way easier than tapping a key.

    epyn,

quickshow is the only software that works directly with fb3 as pangolin has not released the SDK.

however, you can record and save ilda animations from lasercam and import them into any other laser software (including quickshow)

suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.

You're right, but i don't know where to get it. Second thing is that the 405nm diode I can get at very low cost from this HD-DVD player, and at this moment we don't planning to put beam from this projector towards people.

I bet you could find a 445nm diode on this forum! Even if you have no intention of radiating people, you have to take a risk of exposure every time you align your lasers.
