ID:	31767Hello Friends,

    Newly release 1W 635nm laser. It is coupled from 2x635nm 500mW lasers by PBS. The beam is Same as one laser. It is NOT cross-like shape.

    The Beam Size is 4x2 mm, Beam Divergence <2.5 mrad.

    The following is beam sizes at different distance
    Distance(m) 0 1 3 5 13
    Beam size(mm) 5x1 4x2 7x8 12x12 30x30

    You can see the beam size is quite small.

    Anyone interested in it please feel free to contact me.

    Also 2x1W 445nm laser can be made. And others that be coupled by PBS. the beam is NOT cross-shape. The disadvantage is that linear polarization is lost. IF you want to keep linear polarization, we can use knife-edge couple. so beam is aligned side by side like this [][].

    I don't get this PM for Price BS if you are selling something then the Price should be public Knowledge
    in my opinion if you wont post the price in public don't bother posting a for sale thread

    and this goes for any one selling stuff

    A 4x2mm beam with <2.5mrad divergence is not what I would call a small beam...

    second that

    my opinion on beam sizes:
    <0.5mRad = Super small
    <1.0mRad = small
    <1.5mRad = medium / normal
    >1.5mRad = big / flashlight

    sizes at apperture:
    3x3mm = small
    4x4mm = medium
    5x5mm = big

    I 3rd that and think we should move forward with the vote. I agree with Laserwinkel and Solarfire.

    well it is a small beam when you compare to another 635, like the 5x8mm wide cni 1w 635
    still though the divergence is still nearly double that of the new 638's , so agree its a torch.
    When God said “Let there be light” he surely must have meant perfectly coherent light.
