What people don't understand especially the people on pl is the value for money that you get from lasever compared to other places

Your english isnt bad, but people might misunderstand you now and that makes bad impressions for your company.
Just a friendly advice for you

I know lasever refunded my purchase without problem when it was wrong, even when the laser didnt arrive at them yet. Their quick mails back and info make me positive towards lasever.
Their 532nm mdules are in my experience nice and small.
But im not going to purchase something else from them unless they increase their mrad and beam diameter alot.

    Thanks for your suggestion, Borg

To MIIKKKLLLL madjonny & others maybe:

No offence for any buyers or members on this forum or others
We just like to serve every customer well and satisfied,
even there is a problem, we would like to cooperate and help to solve it.
We also don't expect any of you get bad experience from our side.
I think madjonny can help to prove this point.

As Borg suggested, there is a bit culture difference when in communication.
But I think one point is clear:
When you buy something and we sell something,
we want to be friends to each other, but not enemies
that's why we are trying to explain the whole thing here

Concerning the laser quality, like I said above, we are sorry that you get bad experience cuz you think your laser is not good as CNI KVENT and so on
But by now, it's better to keep calm when we meet a problem
and we solve it together through good communication

Thanks! Also we will improve our quality of lasers

So what do you need us to take action? We will try to help you out of this bad feeling
But first of all, I think we still need to further discuss if there is a quality issue

Just calm down and tell us your problem

I'm sorry David, but when you said:I told "Miikkklll that the beam is not TEM00. The term on our website and on our specifications page, it is Near TEM00.
    you said something wrong.
    - For a DPSS there isn't " Near TEM00" Mode
it is used for laser diode modules only, because a LD doesn't have the same divergence on both axis.
    A DPSS have a TEM00 or TEM10 or TEM01 or TEMXXXX

    Regards.

He and other says you need better quality control.
This means: test the laser, then ship it. If its not tem00, below power stated or not close or exactly desame specs, dont ship it to the customer.

You have perfectly summed the situation. I don't understand why Lasever sells lasers head who don't reach the specifications.

Olive13 is right with what he says about TEMXX, but with this head (2W) we are discussing now, the main problem is about the large amount of losses through the mirrors, even if they are 7*12mm.

And I'm sure that you or your men are not stupid, you perfectly know what is the beam diameter, you simply close your eyes and send the head.

This is what I consider to be a bad practice.

Now David, what do you suggest? I don't want to open the head to try to adjust something as it is guaranteed, and see this head left all the Summer is nearly impossible for me.

One other question : can you really reach <2.5mm of diameter without 2:1 telescopic , or you proclaimed me that only to sell a head?

    Greetings

edit : I though TEM and TEMP were both good, as "Transverse ElectroMagnetic" or "Transverse ElectroMagnetic Propagation", sorry for the misspelling .

Dude, it's TEM, not temp. Sorry, but that was really starting to get to me!
