"supposed to"? Sounds like someone's got a case of the supposed-tas. Maybe if laser software wasn't stuck in the 1990s.

I think this is what you want.

    http://laserboy.org/code/LaserBoy_2012_05_03.zip

This is totally free and will let you make ILDA frames. It will also provide a way to make the signals to control the projector.

All software has a learning curve usually proportional to its capabilities and unique features. Pointing with a mouse is in no way easier than tapping a key.

I cannot understand why anyone would be on a lasershow forum, ask for help and yet leave out thier location in thier profile page- yeah its personal but no location- no help... sorry .. dont need your home addy or even the city but c'mon..

If I were admin I would find thier location by IP and put it into thier profile page. but thats just me and my 2 cents

I went up to my attic to see if I could find my old typewriter, but it was dark and there were cobwebs so I came back down and watched tv .

    You should be careful.
You never know what might have taken up residence in your attic .............

suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.

ha ha Hope you are correct James... my point maybe clearer if I tell you that we have somewhat of a connection....born in Canton, went to KSU and for a time lived in Akron.. may not mean a whole lot but it was nice to see that you put Akron in your profile...just saying.

Ohio---- Round on the ends and HI in the middle...len

That's cool! I was born in Marian, Ohio, grew up in Medina and moved to Akron in 1983 to go to Akron U. Then I bought a house near the U in 87. Now I live in the West end in Highland Square.
