Default RIYA Multibus + LSX over Ethernet?

Anyone know if LSX can talk to the RIYA Multibus over ethernet?

If so... how does one configure this? Everything (including RIYA's settings utility) seem to be autodetecting via USB.

I can ping the RIYA, so I know the switch port is in the proper VLAN.

I'm getting the hang of LSX. It's godlike.

Okay, I did find that there is a network.in file that contains an IP address that ships with the TestRiya.exe utility. After modification, TestRiya still didn't work. I see there is a DLL file related to network use that comes with the RIYA utility.

I found the same network.in file in the LSX directory. I modified it to reflect the IP address of the RIYA DAC, and LSX doesn't see the DAC in the timeline assignment thing.

Does LSX talk directly to the DAC, or is there a daemon that runs on the local computer that answers on localhost and then forwards it to device?

GOT IT! Thanks to some RIYA review post from Dr. Lava here on photonlexicon.

Rename network.in to network.ini with the correct IP address in it in the LSX directory for the base program.

Ethernet connected DAC = a dream.

And yes, my next one will be an Etherdream!!
