Of course i would prefer to buy one from francesco than an unknown guy on ebay.
So, i sure hope he can offer the same sort of price some time in the near future

Please note that this guy on Ebay is located in China. The price of 130 USD he is asking for these diodes is without TAX / VAT.
I can offer them for almost the same price (possible even cheaper if more PCS are ordered) but I need to charge 19% VAT on top of this price, sorry

Also personally I would prefer not to get this "sensitive" diode shipped from China, going through customs and wait 15-25 or more days for delivery.

Hey Francesco, i sure understand your point.
I was just expressing a wish that some time in the near future this diode gets cheaper overall, so you can offer it at a lower price, too.

I would rather deal with you for this sort of components

it is a drop in replacement for the HL6385DG (same beam, same optics, 20mw more, 3nm shorter wavelength) with the added bonus of being case isolated

but you will need to adjust the power of the diode driver, as these need a tad more power to reach 170mw
