New RB module

Hello guys

I just finshed an RB module that i made for Rizard. It will be fitted in his G-tech green projector to turn that baby into a nice little RGB gem.

Rizard and i agreed on having no topcover to keep the price down but i just couldn,t deliver it without so i fitted a plastic topcover instead just to give it a nice finish.

The module is doing 300mw/637 and 600mw of blue. Both diodes are multimode as you can see on the first picture. I gave it a little bit more blue then needed but some extra blue is always nice.

The beamsize is 10mm on 11 meter and 3.5 mm at aperture so 0.59mrd according to the mrad calculator.

It was a very nice learning project. Enjoy the pictures. I will post some beamshots when the projector is ready

How did you combine the two diodes? Im in the slow process of building the same kind of RB laser engine.

Hey mark, i used a dichro for this sinds it are 2 different wavelengths you can use a dichro to combine them
