If you have the pictures already on the internet, all you need to do is post the URL. You don't need any extra privledges from the host of the forums. The forum software will display in-line images in any message. Just click on the Img button, then paste in the URL for the picture, and finally click the Img button again. That's all there is to it. (The forum software will insert the tags you need to display the picture for you.)
